Haipa looked around and then back at her belly. She couldn't wait to ahve this foal and be able to share it with Bur. She wanted and willed to have a colt and then she could name it one of her favorite names. Deception, a good name and one that not many would have. Thinking for a minute she went to the middle of the creek and started taking long drinks.

I watched her, hopping to have a colt, but a filly wouldn't be bad. I thought of different names, and wondered about the foal in general. I was going to be a dad, which was something new to me.

Haipa looked around her little dark colt by her side. Seeing Bur she gave out a glad nicker and then started to trot to him. She gave him a nudge and then looked back to her colt.

"Mydear, this is our son, Deception. Doesn't he look like you?"

Haipa couldn't believe how closely they looked alike, but she did like that Deception had the same eyes as her.

Deception trotted after his mother into the new land. He was still to young to be able to talk, but he could tell the sent of his father. Looking the giant stallion over the little colt gave a snezze and trotted over to stand by his mother.

"In fact, it is like looking in a mirror od my past.Only with your eyes," I said quietly, and nuzzled Deception and Haipa.

"Yes, he does somewhat seem like you, but secretly I am glad that he has my eyes."

She was glad that she had been able to have Deception with Bur.

Deception watched the older stallion nudge him and looked up at him. The stallion, that he was gussing was his father, looked like him in many ways. Giving the stallion a small nudge back he went back to his mother and started to eat.

I sighed contently. This life couldn't get better, could it? If it could, then, I am not trying. I laughed quietly, wondering what Deception would be like when he was older.
"You are glad, my, I am too!For then it would be a small version of me all the way around, and then people will think I have a twin!" I said, chuckling.

"That would be true, or he could be your little brother. That would be ackward though."

She nuzzled Bur and then looked down a Deception. She knew Bur probably had other mares and foals, but she really hoped that he liked his son atleast. It seemed that he did, but she couldn't get it out of her head.
